Shipping

The free shipping on all domestic orders offer applies only to orders that total $500 USD or more, placed at our website and shipped via USPS or UPS within the United States. Additional shipping charges will apply for international destinations. Faster shipping services will require a fee.

Most orders will ship out within a day of ordering if in stock. Your order will be shipped Standard Service unless you select an alternative. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 5-7 business days.

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Léush cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, customs and border issues (for international shipments), service interruptions, etc.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. Orders are generally shipped the next business day. If you made an error in your shipping address, please contact us at [email protected]éushboutique.com before 5pm the day of your order, so the address can be corrected for you.

However, we will NOT be able to correct address errors for orders placed between 12am and 7am EST, as it will already be in processing or shipped.

If your order is already processing or has been shipped, we are no longer able to change the address. The only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. If it does get returned back to us, we can then ship it to the correct address.

International customers (outside of Canada) are responsible for all applicable customs, import duties, fees, local taxes and any other fees charged by your country. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by Léush.

We ship international packages DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid” If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs and for your to receive your package.

As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend to contact your country’s customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.

Damaged, defective or incorrect product(s) must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt.

Please email us at [email protected]éushboutique.com; include order number, a detailed description of problem and picture of the damaged, defective or incorrect item(s) received.

Product will be replaced with an identical product (subject to availability) free of charge or exchanged, whichever is preferred.
