How do I make a custom order?

You can either fill out the order form the custom stroller sets HERE, custom bedding sets HERE, or contact us with any request for custom ordering.

We will then provide you a detailed quote with pricing and delivery.

Note that most custom order are projected at 2 week or 10 business days lead time. These times can be shorter or longer depending on the amount of custom orders being processed. We take pride in hand making each item as requested.  No two items are exactly alike, but are definitely made with the same amount of love.

Can I order a gift for someone?

Of course! We love helping you find the perfect gift for the right occasion. Whether a new baby, birthday, or simply just because, we can accommodate every request and budget. Contact us to get started.

**SHIPPING AND GIFT OPTIONS**

All custom diaper cakes ship between 1-2 weeks from purchase date as they are made to order and not pre-made. If you need your diaper cake sooner, send me a message to discuss expedited shipping options. If you are purchasing this as a gift, we will exclude any pricing information from the package. Indicate that this is a gift in the comments section at check out.

How do I care for the fabrics?

We use 100% cotton fabrics for most of our items, unless otherwise noted. These fabrics are easy to clean and maintain.

  • Simply cold wash, a softener that baby approved is recommended.
  • Do not bleach
  • Tumble dry at medium heat
  • Iron at low to medium heat if necessary
  • Do not dry clean

Do you sell wholesale?

The Product I want is sold out. Can I order it anyways?

We will definitely do our best! Please email any requests to [email protected]éushboutique.com and we’ll let you know if we can have it custom made for you.

Can I order by telephone?

Absolutely! We love hearing from our customers by phone! You can call us at (561) 877-1181 during our normal business hours and we would be happy to help answer your product questions and place your order.

How long does a custom order take?

Unless otherwise noted, most of our individual items are made to order within a week. We could, however, ship the item sooner if we have the item in stock.  All other custom order request will be quoted on a case-by-case basis.

Products and Ordering

I can’t find my favorite. Can you help?

If you cannot find a particular variety through our website, it’s possible that it’s temporarily out of stock or has been discontinued. If you have questions about a specific product, connect with us and we’ll see what we can do to have it custom made for you.

Are your products available internationally?

Yes, we can ship your items to anywhere in the world. You can customize the shipping address in the checkout or you can let us know when you place your custom order. We will provide a quote for shipping to your order’s destination.

How do I check the status of my order?

You can log into your account from our home page and find the history of your order. In your account, you will find tracking (if provided), order dates and estimated delivery date. If you need additional information, please contact us.

If you place a custom order, please refer to the original quote and email provided when your initial request was made or email us directly at [email protected]éushboutique.com, using your name and item as the subject.

    What forms of payment do you accept?

    We currently use PayPal for all check out orders from our website and offline invoicing for custom orders and requests. With PayPal, we accept all major credits cards and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

    Do you charge tax?

    Yes – If your shipping address is in the state of Florida, we charge a 6% sales tax on all purchases. If your shipping address is in the other lower 48 states, then no sales tax will be applied.

    To where will you ship?

    We ship worldwide. You can view our current shipping rates here or in the cart at checkout.

    What is your return policy?

    We do stand by our products and believe in customer satisfaction to the utmost – so if you are not satisfied, we will do our best to make it right. But please know that custom order are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged or returned for any credit. We will, however, help the situation as best we can.

    Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs, and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

    Personalized, custom made items require payment in full upon order and cannot be returned. If you wish to cancel a custom order, you may attempt to do so within one (1) business days of your original order date.
